Refund and Replacement Policy
Please review our refund and replacement guidelines before placing an order. Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final once shipped, with limited exceptions for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

At Professional Aminos, every order is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment. Due to the specialized nature of research compounds, we maintain strict standards regarding returns, replacements, and refunds to help ensure product integrity, quality control, and compliance.

All Sales are Final
Because our products are intended for research purposes and cannot be resold once they leave our facility, all sales are considered final after an order has been shipped.
For safety, quality assurance, and compliance reasons, Professional Aminos does not accept returns of any delivered products, regardless of whether the product has been opened.
Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the shipping package
- Photos showing the damaged product(s)
Once the claim has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Claims submitted beyond the 48-hour reporting period may not qualify for replacement.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or discover that an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When reaching out, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the items received
After verification, we will promptly correct the error and ship any replacement or missing items as appropriate.
Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Professional Aminos cannot provide refunds or replacements for:
- Products that have been opened, used, altered, or otherwise tampered with after delivery
- Orders delayed, held, seized, or rejected by customs agencies or regulatory authorities
- Packages that become undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping information carefully before completing a purchase.
